This package is for those couples who are simply looking for a little direction getting started, but who have the time to invest in the detail work. There are multiple levels of service available within this package; however each level includes the following:

• 2 hour (maximum) initial consultation/planning session
• Timelines for each stage of the planning process
• Contact information for recommended vendors
• Important documentation & forms, such as marriage license requirements, newspaper submission forms/instructions, etc.

Month of Coordination Services

This package is for those who have completed all of the planning leading up to their event, however would like assistance ensuring that those carefully laid plans are carried out flawlessly on the day of their celebration. Service begins 4-6 weeks prior to the event, and includes:

• Unlimited phone and email consultations (beginning 4-6 weeks prior to event)
• Assistance finalizing last minute details
• Itinerary development for day of event
• Vendor management & communication
• Unlimited availability on the day of event
• Distribution of final payments and/or gratuities on the day of event
• Rehearsal assistance
• Emergency kit

Start to Finish Coordination

This package is for those who would like assistance with every aspect of the planning and coordination process. You maintain control of your celebration while Eventful Occasions oversees every detail to ensure your vision is executed flawlessly! This package includes:

• Unlimited phone and email consultations, with additional face-to-face meetings scheduled as necessary
• Budget guidance and break-down per category
• Timelines for each stage of the planning process
• Guest list guidance and management
• Lodging assistance and recommendations
• Vendor recommendations and management
• Scheduling & facilitation of vendor/client meetings as necessary
• Itinerary development for day of event
• Unlimited availability on the day of event
• Distribution of final payments and/or gratuities on the day of event
• Rehearsal assistance
• Emergency kit

Partial Coordination & Other Services

This package offers endless possibilities and is based on personalizing the service to meet your specific needs. You might decide you’d like assistance with certain elements while handling others on your own, or you may be interested in adding additional services to the Just the Basics, The Final Weeks, or The Whole Shebang packages.
